Using HokaCRM

HokaCRM provides software to help your team manage leads, pipelines, and follow-ups. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for how your team uses the product.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Plans & payment

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. We may update pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use HokaCRM for unlawful purposes or to send spam
• Attempt to access other customers' data
• Reverse engineer or disrupt our services
• Upload malware or abusive content

Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you store in HokaCRM. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

Limitation of liability

HokaCRM is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
